🏗️ Bhoomi Puja Ceremony for the Velankanni Project

We are thrilled to announce the commencement of our latest prestigious residential project with a traditional Bhoomi Puja (Groundbreaking Ceremony) held on Saturday, October 25th, 2025.

The event marks the formal and auspicious start of construction for a beautiful new villa located near the Velankanni Road area of Nagapattinam.

The ceremony was attended by the esteemed homeowners, Mr. & Mrs. Anand, members of their family, and the dedicated team from KO Construction, including Mr. Komagan (Managing Director) and Divya (Chief Architect).

The Bhoomi Puja was performed to seek blessings from Mother Earth and the Vastu Gods, ensuring the foundation is laid with positive energy, safety, and success throughout the construction phase.
