The KO Construction 7-Step Process
1. Initial Brief & Site Analysis:
 We meet to understand your budget, vision, and functional needs (including Vastu requirements). We conduct a comprehensive site survey and soil test.
2. Conceptual Design & Estimation:
Our architect (Divya) prepares the initial floor plans, 3D elevations, and a transparent, itemized preliminary budget based on agreed-upon material specifications.
3. Finalizing Contract & Plan Approval:
Once the design and budget are approved, we sign the contract. We then handle the complete documentation and submission for all necessary Government and Local Body Plan Approvals (P&A service).
4. Structural Foundation & Construction:
The site is mobilized. We execute the foundation and superstructure (RCC work, brickwork) using only certified, high-quality materials (Steel, Cement, Aggregates) with strict supervision by our experienced engineers (Mr. Komagan).

5. Finishing & Interiors:
Electrical, plumbing, plastering, flooring, window/door installation, false ceiling, and interior design are executed. This phase is handled by specialized in-house teams to maintain our quality standards.
6. Quality Check & Final Walkthrough:
A comprehensive multi-point quality audit is conducted. We walk you through the property for final inspection, ensuring everything meets your expectation and our commitment to excellence.
7. Handover & Warranty:
We hand over the keys along with all original building documents, Plan Approval copies, material datasheets, and our Structural Warranty Certificate.
